Josh Breitwieser has returned to the Mid-America Science Park as a resident intern through 2014. He will be assisting with a variety of administrative tasks while earning an MBA at the University of Louisville. Josh was previously an intern at MASP in 2011 while attending Hanover College.
Josh hopes to gain valuable insight on what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur and succeed in today’s economy, while assisting in the growth and development of MASP. He looks forward to building on his previous work as an intern, creating meaningful tools and reports to help the MASP team. As a student at Hanover, Josh served as team leader on a consulting project to devise a sustainability strategy for the Park.
“Being at MASP and working with the SCEDC and Mayor Graham’s office has truly sparked my interest in local government,” said Josh. “After graduation, I would like to turn my interest into a reality, and go to work for a government office in the Greater Louisville area.”
A 2012 graduate of Hanover College, Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with a minor in mathematics. He is also a Business Scholars Program (BSP) graduate. He has held retail, restaurant and coaching positions while attending school, demonstrating leadership and management abilities in each role. He is expected to complete his MBA in May 2014.
Welcome back Josh! We’re glad you’re here.
