Courses for those looking to get started on a degree in the highly competitive green energy field will be offered this fall at the Mid-America Science Park and Lifelong Learning Center. Training will be provided by Ivy Tech Community College, and high school, college and adult students are encouraged to enroll. Registration will be open until classes begin on Monday, Aug. 20.
Students will benefit from a wide variety of classes that will prepare them for certifications in the green energy field and careers in real estate and construction. Courses offered this fall include:
- Introduction to Renewable Energy Systems (SUST 100)
- Computer Fundamentals for Technology (INDT 100)
- Introduction to Business (BUSN 101)
- Introduction to Microcomputers (CINS 101)
