The Science Park’s first client, Stray Light, specializes in optical technology. With a growing number of applications, the number of entrepreneurs starting companies in the optical technology arena is growing, and we are well-positioned to serve them.
Advanced Manufacturing
MASP is located in a region that is committed to supporting the growth of high-quality jobs in advanced manufacturing making this industry a natural fit for the Science Park. We offer a prototyping machine, water jet cutting technology and a fully equipped tool & die and machine shop onsite.
Military Applications
MASP is strategically located near four major military installations. This proximity and the availability of secure rooms, training and conferencing facilities, combined with customized labs and high-tech capabilities, create a perfect environment for all types of defense-related initiatives.
Green Energy
Green energy is an industry that is growing rapidly and critical to our future. MASP has a solar tree located in front of the accelerator and a training facility equipped with green energy simulators. A rooftop photovoltaic array and solar water heater also contribute to power generation in the Science Park.
